Vision:  What is Spirit’s Highest Vision for Northern Lights?

Expanding our spiritual experience; Deepening spirituality; Peace Unfolding; A safe and sacred space for people to come to be in a loving and accepting community (2); Rooted in and expressing the greater community. Growth; Universal community; Multicultural, multicolored, all ages, rooted in the greater community;

 

Release:  What must I release to empower the vision?

Being right; self-blocking; what it needs to look like; the belief that NLSC is too small; I have to do it all myself (2); No one else is stepping up to do it; “my way.” My love of small church; Self-blocking; my fear that I am not good enough, that I am on my own, that I am “different”.

 

Embrace: What must I embrace to empower the vision?

Completeness; deeper spiritual practice and commitment; there is work I must do to embrace a larger congregation; to remain “open at the top”; Presence, Action, Connection—in and to the wider community (“prays well with others”); willing to be willing; this is a place someone would enjoy—perfect place for someone. That this is a place someone would enjoy; Deeper spiritual practice and commitment; Promoting unity over separation, seeing myself in others of all races, genders and beliefs.
